What are our procedures & what to expect

Covid 19 has had a major impact on all healthcare settings and we are here to assure you that all precautions are being undertaken to keep you, and ourselves, SAFE!

The Acu Hub and our practitioners are members of the British Acupuncture Council and Professional Standards Authority - this means that we have agreed to abide to the HIGHEST cleaning standards in our industry, of which many acupuncture clinics have opted out of during the pandemic.

We have further implemented comprehensive Covid Risk Assessments which includes cleaning procedures, products that will be used during cleaning and how we stagger clients within the clinic to allow for cleaning procedures to be undertaken and the rooms to be ventilated.  This ensures the safest space for our clients to receive treatments and for our practitioners to work.

On your booking confirmation email there will be details explaining what to expect in the clinic.  In summary this includes the PPE that is required, what to do when you arrive at the clinic and how we are now using electronic systems.  We understand that some may struggle with electronic systems so we can accommodate this - just let us know and we can get the forms through to you!
